Why are my log-in credentials not recognised?

If your log-in details are not working, please click here to reset your password.

Please note that SCYPH was previously hosted on our Education for Health website, but we have now moved the course to this current site. Log in credentials used on the Education for Health website can not be used to log in on this new site, you will need to register here to access the eLearning.

I am a new user and want to access the SCYPH course

To access the course, please register here.

When I try to register, it says my username is already taken

This means that you have already registered and need to reset your password to access your account. To reset your password, click here.

Where can I find my certificate?

To access your certificate, please ensure you have clicked ‘Mark complete’ on eLearning page Part 3.

Please then navigate to the My Account page and scroll down to the My Certificates section. Then click on your certificate to view the certificate.

To download the certificate, scroll to the bottom of the certificate and click ‘Print’, you can then save it as a pdf.

I registered before 2nd September 2024, where can I find my certificate?

If you registered before 2nd September 2024, please log in to the EFH website to get your certificate.
